Description

A quick and easy air fryer lava cake ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a warm, gooey chocolate dessert with minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips or a small piece of chocolate (for the center)


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Grease two ramekins and pour half the batter into each.
  4. Place chocolate chips or a small piece of chocolate in the center of each ramekin.
  5. Cover with the remaining batter.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 2 minutes.
  7. Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  8. Let them cool for 1 minute before serving.
