Description
A quick and easy air fryer lava cake ready in just 10 minutes. Perfect for a warm, gooey chocolate dessert with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips or a small piece of chocolate (for the center)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Grease two ramekins and pour half the batter into each.
- Place chocolate chips or a small piece of chocolate in the center of each ramekin.
- Cover with the remaining batter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 2 minutes.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- Let them cool for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcook—the center should remain gooey.
- Use oven-safe ramekins that fit in your air fryer.
- Adjust cooking time slightly based on your air fryer model.
