Quick and easy muffins made in an air fryer for a healthier alternative to traditional baking.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Pour batter into greased muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, they’re ready.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Add chocolate chips or berries for extra flavor.
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
