Make delicious protein brownies with just 5 ingredients using an air fryer. These brownies are rich, chocolatey, and packed with protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, and cocoa powder.
- Add almond milk and honey, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a nut-free option, replace almond flour with oat flour.
