Description
Crispy almond biscotti made easily in your air fryer. Perfect for dipping in coffee or tea.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and vanilla together, then add to dry ingredients.
- Fold in chopped almonds.
- Shape dough into a log and place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then slice.
- Return slices to air fryer and cook 5 more minutes per side.
Notes
- Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- Dough will be sticky – flour your hands when shaping.
