Description
Delicious almond date rolls made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Blend dates and almonds in a food processor until sticky.
- Add coconut oil and cinnamon, then mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat with shredded coconut if desired.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place rolls in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or fewer dates.
- Use walnuts or cashews as an alternative to almonds.
