Description
Quick and easy antipasto skewers made in the air fryer. Perfect for appetizers or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup black olives
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup salami slices, cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, artichoke hearts, and salami onto wooden skewers.
- Brush skewers lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
- Serve warm.

- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- You can customize ingredients based on preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
