Description

Quick and easy antipasto skewers made in the air fryer. Perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup salami slices, cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Wooden skewers


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, olives, artichoke hearts, and salami onto wooden skewers.
  3. Brush skewers lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  4. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned.
