Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with apples and a crispy crumble topping.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix diced apples with 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, remaining brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Divide apple mixture into 4 silicone muffin cups.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the apples.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
