Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups diced apples
- Oil spray for coating
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
- Scoop batter into small portions and place in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray with oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
