Description
Delicious apple maple muffins made in an air fryer for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated apple
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Fold in grated apple.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh apples for best results.
- Adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if needed.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
