Ingredients
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Spoon apple mixture onto pastry squares.
- Fold pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
