Description
A quick and easy air fryer apricot danish made with puff pastry and apricot preserves.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into 4 equal rectangles.
- Spoon 1 tbsp apricot preserves onto the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the edges over the filling, pressing lightly to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the danishes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar (optional).
Notes
- You can substitute apricot preserves with any fruit jam.
- Ensure the puff pastry is fully thawed before use.
