Rich and fudgy avocado brownies made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado (mashed)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, melted chocolate, and maple syrup.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, then whisk until smooth.
- Fold in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish that fits in the air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
