Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a small portion of the avocado flesh to make room for the egg.
- Crack one egg into each avocado half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the avocado halves in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Add optional toppings before serving.
