Description

Crispy avocado fries made in an air fryer for a healthier snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Cut avocados into wedges.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place avocado wedges in a single layer in the basket.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
