Description

A quick and easy breakfast recipe for crispy bacon and perfectly cooked eggs using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the bacon slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook the bacon for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove the bacon and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray if needed.
  6. Crack the eggs into the basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook the eggs for 3-4 minutes for runny yolks or 5-6 minutes for firm yolks.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then serve with the bacon.
