Description
A quick and easy breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, a perfectly cooked egg, and a toasted croissant made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 croissant
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 slice of cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Place bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
- Remove bacon and set aside.
- Slice the croissant in half and place it in the air fryer for 2 minutes to toast lightly.
- Crack the egg into the air fryer basket or a small ramekin and cook for 4 minutes.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the bacon, egg, and optional cheese between the croissant halves.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking times based on your air fryer model.
- For a runny yolk, reduce egg cooking time by 1 minute.
- Use pre-cooked bacon to save time.
