Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, a perfectly cooked egg, and a toasted croissant made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 croissant
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 slice of cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Place bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside.
  4. Slice the croissant in half and place it in the air fryer for 2 minutes to toast lightly.
  5. Crack the egg into the air fryer basket or a small ramekin and cook for 4 minutes.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the bacon, egg, and optional cheese between the croissant halves.
  7. Serve immediately.
