Description
Delicious brownies with a rich Bailey’s Irish Cream flavor, made easy in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, Bailey’s, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Place pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Check brownies with a toothpick—crumbs mean done, wet batter means more time.
- Adjust cooking time based on air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
