Description

Delicious brownies with a rich Bailey’s Irish Cream flavor, made easy in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, Bailey’s, and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  8. Place pan in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let cool before slicing.

  • Check brownies with a toothpick—crumbs mean done, wet batter means more time.
