Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes

Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Poke holes in the potatoes with a fork.
- Coat the potatoes with olive oil and salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check doneness with a fork before serving.

- For extra crispiness, rub the potatoes with oil after cooking.
- Larger potatoes may need more time.
