Description
A quick and easy banana bread recipe made in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for better sweetness.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
