Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness with a toothpick. Let cool before slicing.
