Description
A quick and easy dessert made with bananas, butter, and brown sugar, cooked in an air fryer for a caramelized treat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp rum (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Add banana slices and gently coat them with the mixture.
- Place bananas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- If using rum, drizzle it over the bananas before serving.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe bananas for best texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste if bananas are very sweet.
- Serve warm with ice cream for extra indulgence.
