Description
Easy and healthy banana pancakes made in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl.
- Add the egg, flour, baking powder, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Spoon small amounts of batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a non-stick spray if needed.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
