Description

Easy and healthy banana pancakes made in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, honey, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  4. Spoon small amounts of batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Serve warm.
