Description
A quick and easy dessert made in the air fryer with bananas and raspberries.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into four squares.
- Place banana slices and raspberries in the center of each pastry square.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the fruit.
- Fold the pastry edges over the filling and brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness.
- Adjust honey based on your preference.
- Check pastry halfway to prevent burning.
