Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the bananas into even pieces.
- Toss the banana slices with cinnamon and optional honey or coconut oil.
- Place the banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and caramelized.
- Serve warm as a dessert or topping.
