Ingredients
- 2 cups melon (cantaloupe or honeydew), cubed
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss melon cubes with basil, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Place melon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
