A quick and easy air fryer Basque cheesecake with a creamy texture and caramelized top.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla, then blend well.
- Stir in heavy cream and flour until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan.
- Air fry for 15 minutes or until golden on top.
- Let it cool before serving.

- For a darker top, air fry an extra 2-3 minutes.
