Description

A simple air fryer Basque cheesecake with biscuit dough that is creamy and caramelized on top.


Ingredients

  • 200g biscuit dough (crushed)
  • 500g cream cheese (softened)
  • 100g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
  2. Press the crushed biscuit dough into the bottom of a greased 6-inch cake pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, flour, and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base.
  7. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 25 minutes or until the top is dark golden.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes
