Description
A simple homemade Basque cheesecake made in an air fryer. This dessert has a creamy center and caramelized top.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla.
- Sift in flour and salt, mix until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan.
- Place pan in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes or until top is dark brown.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter.
- Do not overmix to avoid air pockets.
- Cheesecake will be jiggly in the center when done.
