Description
A light and creamy Basque cheesecake made in an air fryer. This low-calorie version keeps the rich flavor with fewer calories.
Ingredients
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup granulated sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and sweetener until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Sift in flour and almond flour, stir until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out mostly clean.
