Description
A no-bake version of the classic Basque cheesecake, made easy with an air fryer. Creamy, rich, and perfectly set without an oven.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla, flour, and salt.
- Slowly pour in heavy cream while mixing.
- Line a round pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 25 minutes.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chilling is essential for firmness.
