Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch round cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark golden brown.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
