A creamy, slightly caramelized air fryer Basque cheesecake with a rich flavor and smooth texture, perfect for your next party dessert.
Ingredients
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 6-inch round cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark golden brown.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
- Line the pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- The cheesecake will be jiggly in the center when done—it will set as it cools.
