Description
A quick and easy air fryer version of the famous Basque cheesecake. Creamy, slightly caramelized, and ready in no time.
Ingredients
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 tbsp (8g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line a 6-inch (15cm) round pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in heavy cream, flour, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for best texture.
- Do not overmix the batter.
- Cheesecake will be jiggly in the center when done.
