Description
A simple air fryer Basque cheesecake with a creamy center and caramelized top, made with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 6-inch cake pan lined with parchment paper.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Let it cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Line the pan with parchment for easy removal.
- The cheesecake will firm up as it cools.
