Description
A single-serve Basque cheesecake made in an air fryer. Creamy, caramelized, and perfect for one.
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and flour until combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 4-inch ramekin.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until edges are set and top is browned.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter.
- Check doneness with a toothpick—it should come out slightly wet.
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days.
