Description

A single-serve Basque cheesecake made in an air fryer. Creamy, caramelized, and perfect for one.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and flour until combined.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 4-inch ramekin.
  6. Air fry for 20-25 minutes until edges are set and top is browned.
  7. Let cool before serving.
