Description
A creamy, soft-centered Basque cheesecake made in the air fryer. This dessert has a rich flavor with a slightly burnt top and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Ingredients
- 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
- Sift in flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a lined 6-inch cake pan.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until the top is dark brown but the center is still jiggly.
- Let it cool completely before slicing.
