Description

A creamy, soft-centered Basque cheesecake made in the air fryer. This dessert has a rich flavor with a slightly burnt top and a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  5. Sift in flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a lined 6-inch cake pan.
  7. Air fry for 20-25 minutes until the top is dark brown but the center is still jiggly.
  8. Let it cool completely before slicing.
