Description
A creamy and rich Basque cheesecake made in an air fryer, perfect for a winter dessert. It has a caramelized top and a soft, custard-like center.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, flour, and salt until combined.
- Pour the batter into a lined 6-inch cake pan.
- Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook for 25-30 minutes until the top is dark golden.
- Let it cool completely before slicing.
