Description
A quick and easy cheesecake made with crescent rolls in an air fryer, inspired by the famous Basque cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Press crescent roll dough into the pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
