Description

Make delicious Bavarian cream donuts using your air fryer. These donuts are crispy on the outside and filled with creamy custard.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Bavarian cream filling
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Place donuts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool, then fill with Bavarian cream using a piping bag.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
