Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef brisket
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the brisket with olive oil.
- Mix all dry spices and coat the brisket evenly.
- Place brisket in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25 minutes, then flip and cook for another 20 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
