Description
Crispy and colorful beet chips made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets (assorted colors)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Slice beets thinly using a mandoline.
- Toss slices with olive oil and salt.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Do not overcrowd the basket.
- Chips crisp further as they cool.
