Description
A quick and healthy berry chia pudding made in an air fryer for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe dish.
- Top with mixed berries.
- Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 8 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Stir halfway through cooking for even texture.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
