Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the berries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
