A quick and easy recipe for air fryer berry fritters. These fritters are light, crispy, and packed with fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in the berries.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen berries (thawed and drained if frozen).
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
