Description

A quick and healthy smoothie bowl made in an air fryer, packed with berries and nutrients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola


Instructions

  1. Add berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe bowl.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove and top with chia seeds and granola.
