Description
A quick and healthy smoothie bowl made in an air fryer, packed with berries and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup granola
Instructions
- Add berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe bowl.
- Air fry at 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Remove and top with chia seeds and granola.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen berries for a thicker consistency.
- Adjust honey to taste.
- Substitute any milk or yogurt as needed.
