Description
Crispy and flavorful biscotti made with Biscoff cookies and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, Biscoff crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, vanilla, and melted butter in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into a log and place it in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then slice into biscotti pieces.
- Return slices to the air fryer and cook for another 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- For extra crunch, bake longer.
- Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread for added flavor.
