Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into greased mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use almond flour and reduce sugar.
- Add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
