Description
Easy and healthy black bean burgers made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mash black beans in a bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook patties for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
- Patty mixture should hold together well.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve on buns with toppings.
