A quick and easy Air Fryer Black Forest Cake made with simple ingredients and ready in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in the air fryer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool, then spread cherry pie filling on top.
- Finish with whipped cream and serve.
