Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
  3. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. In another bowl, whisk cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  7. Shape dough into a circle, cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Place scones in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
