A quick and easy dessert made with fresh blueberries and a crispy topping, all cooked in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Place blueberries in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh aren’t available.
- Check for doneness at 10 minutes to prevent burning.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
