Description
A quick and easy air fryer blueberry crisp made from scratch with fresh blueberries and a crispy oat topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Transfer to an air fryer-safe dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, melted butter, and salt.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Adjust sugar to taste if berries are very sweet or tart.
- Ensure the dish fits in your air fryer basket before cooking.
