A simple and low-calorie blueberry crisp made in an air fryer, perfect for a quick and healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blueberries and lemon juice.
- In another bowl, combine oats, almond flour, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the blueberry mixture in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the topping is golden and the blueberries are bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra crunch, add chopped nuts to the topping.
